Well, the reunion has come and gone. For those of us fortunate to attend, it was a truly spectacular event. You even missed an impromptu performance by the Village People. Kudos to Ricky and Maria, and Robert and Ruth for hosting the event. Also, a special thanks to Pete Copeskey for hauling a slew of Canal Zone memorabilia to the event and to all involved with the IAAFA tour. Pete also had a presentation on disk from a recent trip to the Canal Zone along with Andy Pozo. I posted some of my own personal pics..go here to see them. Many people promised to send in their photos as well.

Robert has sent out another newsletter for the 2006 Albrook Reunion in San Antonio. The Daisy Tour has been cancelled due to demand for the IAAFA tour scheduled on Saturday. There are some brief instructions on where to go when you arrive, so go check out the newsletter here.

We are still getting last minute registrations. We are getting very close to our max capacity, so if you would like to attend the 2006 Albrook Reunion in San Antonio, contact Robert Salinas ASAP.

The Hotel deadline has come and gone...You can still get a room, but it will not be at the discount rate. Also, the Reunion deadline is fast approaching. Cutoff for registrations is July 7th. If you haven't yet, get your reunion fees into Robert ASAP.

For you IAAFA folks, a tour has been set up for Saturday, 29 July 10:00 - 11:30. This tour would not be possible without the efforts of a couple of our Albrook friends, Lisa Carrington Firmin, Col, USAF and Rick Pasamante, SMSgt, USAF, both active duty military (who by the way will be at the reunion). Rick did a great job of making contact with IAAFA and setting up the tour and Lisa was helpful in setting up the transportation for us.

I have also updated the picture gallery with albums from Lupe Lopez, Derek Nelson, and Ray de la Torre. Thanks for the Reunion Photos Guys! We have plenty of space to host all your Photos. If you wish to add your own album, please contact us. We would like to host pictures of Albrook and the Canal Zone, sports pictures, etc. so get out your scrapbooks.

The toll free number to Daisy Tours is now posted on the Tour webpage. Remember, the tour is only $23 dollars per person. Please DO NOT send money for the tour with your reunion fees. Contact Daisy Tours using their toll free number to sign up and pay for the tour.

Check back this week for updates to the Photo Gallery...we will have pictures posted of the New Mexico Reunions. Robert passed a CD to me a few weeks ago and I procrastinated long enough. I don't know who submitted the images, and I don't want to post without giving due credit...should be up in a few day.

We would like to host as many pictures as we can...If you have pictures of past reunions or, even better, Albrook or Panama contact Robert to learn how to post them on our website...
