OK, it’s time to mark your calendars, we have a time, date and place. If you received the first newsletter we had to make a schedule change so that it would not overlap with the Panama Canal reunion. We changed from the July 21st – 23rd to the new July 28th – 30th date. This is just around the corner so please make your plans now. The reunion fee for this year will be $60.00 per person and will cover the banquet dinner and entertainment. For those of you without email addresses this is the second notice to go out, the first notice was by email. I would like to do most of the communication via email and our website but I will continue to mail out to your address if you let me know in writing. I will be posting future updates on the website and only send out email newsletters to the email addresses I have on hand. If you would like to be put on our email list please send in your email address either to me (rsalinas@direcway.com) or via the web site (www.albrookreunion.com) under comments. Even with the late start this year we are expecting a great turnout.

Saturday July 29th Dinner Dance (Cash bar) 7pm - 12am
Sunday July 30th Check out Hospitality room (Tundra room-next to restaurant) 8am - 12pm

You should be able to start reserving your rooms as of Feb. 27. When you call the Hotel tell them you are with the Albrook reunion and they will give you the discounted rate ($100.00 per night, double occupancy). They are only going to hold 25 rooms to begin with so don’t wait until the last minute. The room rates are good only if you reserve before June 28th, after this date the season rate of $150.00 -$170.00 will apply. For those of you planning on coming out early, you can get the reunion price starting July 25th.
