REUNION 07/18/2006

 We are less than 2 weeks away, just a few more updates.....

The IAAFA tour will meet in the lobby of the hotel on Saturday (July 29th) morning at 9am. The Daisy tour was cancelled due to high demand for the IAAFA tour.

Agenda for the reunion:

Friday July 28th    Check in                 Hospitality room (Mesa room-Cash bar after 4pm)        8am - 12pm

Saturday July 29th                               IAAFA Tour for those interested    (free)                       9am - 12pm                  

Saturday July 29th                               Daisy Tours for those interested   (additional fee)        12pm - 5pm

Saturday July 29th                               Hospitality room (Cabana room-next to pool)                 8am - 5pm

Saturday July 29th                               Dinner Dance (Cash bar)                                                    7pm - 12am

Sunday July 30th Check out              Hospitality room (Tundra room-next to restaurant)       8am - 12pm

 When you arrive, come by the Hospitality room and pick up your registration envelope (I should have the room open at 8am on Friday morning). It will contain your name badges, raffle tickets, and the contact information of all those in attendance. If you’re only coming to the dance you should get the envelope when you enter the ball room. If you have any questions about the agenda or tour please send me a quick note or give me call.
