REUNION 07/20/2006

Hi all,

I have had a few questions regarding the reunion that I think you should all know about.

In regards to the agenda, Friday all day is a “free” day; it is for meeting up and socializing. The hospitality room will be open all day and people will be coming in and out all day long. Saturday morning is the IAAFA tour and again we will have a hospitality room open for socializing until 5pm. Saturday is the night of the dinner/dance and will last from 7pm until 12am. Sunday morning we will have coffee and pastries next to the restaurant for those who will be checking out.

As it stands now we are filled to capacity for the dinner/dance, we have maxxed out the ball room. For those of you who want the numbers we have a head count of 180 persons. There is a small down side to this; we will have to shrink the dance floor some to accommodate all the tables. For those of you who have seen me dance that could be a good thing. Now maybe I can hide in the middle of the floor without being seen.
