Hi all,

It was a slow week for registrations, hopefully it will pick back up next week. I'll be shooting out emails every week now reminding you to submit your registations before the cut off date (July 19th). For the planners, we are sort of in a cruise control mode now, collecting registration fees and handling any reunion issues that may arise. Nothing major has come up and we do appreciate the feedback you are giving us.

On a side note, my San Antonio Spurs were eliminated from the playoffs the other night. The LA Lakers beat them 4 games to 1. So my congratulations go out to you guys in California, the best team won (you don't know how hard that was to say). They'll be back next year.

OK back to the reunion... Our online payment system is working great, so for those of you who would like to pay by credit card you can do this at our website. Also don't be shy take some time to sign the guest book.

Ruth and I will be in Orlando florida July 2nd-5th for the Panama Canal Society reunion. This will be our first time to this event and we really don't know what to expect. We will take it all in and maybe I'll post some thoughts on how things went.

Also now might be a good time to start thinking about the next reunion. I've recieved a lot of feedback on San Antonio being a good centralized location. There is a big Albrook presence in the Texas area in general and it is centralized. Let me hear you thoughts on this. If you are interested in hosting the next event you can send in a proposal for review.
