There are 5 weeks left until the registration cutoff date but you only have 4 weeks left to reserve your room at the hotel. The last time I checked there were only 5 rooms left, and the hotel won't let me add on until we are fully booked. So if you want the discounted room rate you need to act now. I would really like to have the rooms booked before the end of next week so that we can add more before the cutoff date.

Reunion fees are starting to pick up again, and I get the feeling as we get closer to the registration cut off date it will pick up even more. So far we haven't had any major bumps in the road (knock on wood). Our projections seem to be in line so far, so good news there, but you can still help by sending in your registrations fees sooner rather than later.

Also don't stop putting out the word, the more the merrier.

Hotel Telephone Reservations info (please take care of your room reservation now if possible):

Reservations will be telephoned directly to Hotel Reservation Department at (800-634-3450 option 1). In order to receive the group rate, callers must identify their affiliation with Albrook Family Reunion, Group Code B08ALB. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made.

Individual deposits: It is attendee’s responsibility to submit a credit card number, or a deposit equal to one (1) night’s room/suite rate, plus tax as a guarantee, at the time the attendee makes the reservation. Attendee’s credit card will be charged the one (1) night’s room/suite rate plus tax at that time. Room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically canceled by Hotel within seven (7) days of the reservation date. Hotel must receive written authorization from Meeting Group in order to confirm transfer of room deposits or attendee’s name changes. Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. on the day after attendee’s confirmed arrival date. Attendees must pay the balance of all room, tax and incidental charges upon check-out. It is the responsibility of Meeting Group to advise attendees of the deposit and refund policy in all promotional literature.

Another thing to consider, the air flights are going up each week so the sooner you book your flight the less it's going to cost you.
